Dear Saddle River Day School Families,As co-presidents of the Parents Guild, we want to welcome back current families and welcome new families to the SRDS community.
We have a very active Parents Guild with events scheduled throughout the year. Parents Guild meetings are held the first Thursday of every month at 8:15 AM in Main Hall. Parents Guild sponsored celebrations include Trunk or Treat for the Lower School, Student Appreciation Day in February, Teacher and Staff Appreciation Day in May, and our blow-out End of School BBQ. Our fundraising events include Ladies Night Out in early November and an All School CommUNITY Dinner in April.
As parents and guardians, you are automatically a member of our Parents Guild. We hope you will join us for these events as they truly represent the love and commitment that we share for all SRDS children, faculty and the school community.
There are many volunteer opportunities available throughout the year. We would love your support in any way possible. If you can give of your time (no matter how small), we would be delighted to have you participate, as it is truly a rewarding experience. You’ll hear more about these volunteer opportunities at the first Parents Guild meeting on September 5, 2019, at 8:15 AM in the Main Hall Meeting Room (lower level).
We hope you will join us to learn what is happening at the school, consider volunteering for an event, or simply support the school by attending our events throughout the school year. It’s a wonderful way to meet new people, have fun and strengthen our school community.
