Build Yourself Up 
Ideal for students of all different skill levels and is designed to be able to improve their current skills, develop new skills, and enhance their understanding of the sport. Our coaches discuss sportsmanship, discipline, and what it takes to be a team player. This is a great way to have fun, prepare for basketball season, or stay active!

TGA Cheerleading
Calling all future cheer stars! Our youth clinic is the perfect place to learn jumps, cheers, and basic stunts in a fun and supportive environment. Build teamwork, confidence, and spirit – no experience necessary!

Infinite Motion Dance Studio
Dancers will learn the fundamentals of jazz, hip hop, and theatre dance. Classes will start with a brief warm-up before heading into some technical skills across the floor and in the center. We will work on combinations that combine these technical elements learned in class as well as our performance quality and storytelling. By the end of this course, students should be able to identify and execute beginner dance steps and perform a short piece to the parents that highlights the steps learned during the course.

Build Yourself Up
Multi-Sport Students will learn the basics of soccer, kickball, pickleball, tennis, and frisbee along with other games and activities! These skills will be used to engage in gameplay. This gives the students an opportunity to learn a new sport or get better at a sport they already enjoy.

Get ready to tee off indoors! In this fun and interactive class, students will explore the fundamentals of mini golf while developing coordination, focus, and patience. Each week, players will design and navigate creative obstacle courses, practice putting techniques, and learn about angles, force, and precision through friendly challenges. Whether new to the game or a seasoned golfer, everyone will have a blast aiming for a hole-in-one in this exciting indoor adventure!

Racefaster
Get ready for your kids to have a blast while learning the sport of running! Your child will learn static and dynamic stretching, form drills, speed, endurance and much more. We will introduce them to field events such as hurdles, javelin, shot put and more! We focus on ensuring proper form and technique while keeping it low pressure and fun. The goal of this program is to improve fitness levels, increase speed, improve endurance and become better athletes all while having fun with our running buddies! Children should wear athletic sneakers and bring their water bottles.

Skip the workout - join the party! A fun fast paced dance style class that is easy to follow and is non-stop cardio from start to finish. Time flies when you are doing Zumba! Great way to boost endorphins and burn calories at the same time.

Bring the Gym to Me
Zumbatomics (or Zumba for Kids) is a specially designed fitness program for children that incorporates movement, dance and games. Each Zumbatomic class is high-energy fitness instruction packed with specially choreographed, child-friendly routines prepared to accompany lively and upbeat music.
 

Parisi Speed School
The Parisi Speed School of Franklin Lakes is excited to offer the Parisi Fundamentals class this Fall to the students of Saddle River Day School. Our classes will create a fun atmosphere for the students, where they not only learn the basics of Speed and Agility, but increase their Stamina, Coordination, Flexibility, and most importantly, Self-Confidence. They’ll learn proper running technique and improve their relative body strength. After taking this Parisi class, your child will simply be a better overall athlete. 

NJ Crush Soccer
The Lil' Crushers Program is for our youngest players as an introduction to soccer. The environment is one that provides a fun learning experience that also builds confidence and self-assurance on the playing field. 

TGA Flag Football
Get ready to score a touchdown and have fun with TGA at the spring Flag Football after school program. Flag football is a non-contact, safe alternative to tackle football. Passing, catching, running, and playing defense will be the 4 areas of focus during the session. Through a combination of drills and game play participants will have fun and improve their skills/knowledge of the game. TGA coaches will focus and is designed to refine skill, achieve success, promote discovery through play and provide a pathway to Keep Playing!®

In this class, children will begin their martial arts journey by learning foundational techniques rooted in classical and traditional forms. They'll practice basic blocks and kicks, gradually advancing from still (static) positions to active (dynamic) movements. The curriculum combines the wisdom of traditional martial arts with modern advancements in science, focusing on child development, coordination, and motor skills. As they build confidence and control, students may also be introduced to simple forms (patterns). The class fosters a supportive and fun environment where kids can develop both physically and mentally.

TGA Golf 
Tee it up and have fun with TGA. Our multi-week program is ideal for kids new to the game of golf or just starting their golf journey. Participants will learn the fundamentals, practice their skills, and prepare for the golf course. From proper fundamentals and rules/etiquette, TGA Trained Coaches teach students everything about the game. The program is designed to refine skill, achieve success, promote discovery through play and provide a pathway to Keep Playing!®
 

Arena Fencing Academy
Dive into the exciting world of fencing with Maksim, who brings over 26 years of Epee expertise and 20 years of coaching experience. Leading the Arena Fencing Academy in Waldwick, NJ, Maksim's course welcomes children in grades 3-9 to the strategic and physical sport of fencing. Through engaging games, precise footwork, and tactical blade work, students will enhance their endurance, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Under Maksim's expert guidance, participants will not only master the basics of fencing but also cultivate valuable life skills in a fun and supportive environment.
