50th Anniversary Homecoming Event September 28-30

Saturday, September 29 - Get ready for the biggest Homecoming event in the history of SRDS. There is full schedule of fun events and activities on Saturday, September 29. We hope to have record attendance as all Faculty, Alumni, students and their families are invited on campus to celebrate Homecoming, Reunion, and the School's 50th Anniversary. The day will begin with an all school parade, complete with antique cars, fire trucks, bagpipers and more***.  A full slate of sporting events is scheduled to help rev up the rebel spirit and the gourmet catered lunch will be worth the trip. There also will be plenty of activities for children and a special Reunion Event during the evening in the Commons.

The Reunion Event in the evening will begin at 7:00 PM and go until about 11:30 PM. It will include great food, cocktails, music, and of course, dancing. Faculty and Alumni are welcome. Please just R.S.V.P. to Tina Couch by September 27th, 2007.

Sunday, September 30 - 12 PM - Brunch is being hosted by John Azarian at his home. I hope you can all attend.

***Please note that Chestnut Ridge Road will be closed between East Allendale Road and Woodcliff Lake Road from 10:30 am to 11:30 am on Saturday. Families and other guests attending Homecoming will be allowed to bypass the blockade on Woodcliff Lake Road (only) to enter the campus. As parking on campus will be limited, we strongly encourage car pooling. Parking will also be available in the Saddle River Police Headquarters parking lot, located less than a mile from campus, at 83 East Allendale Road. The school will provide a shuttle bus to transport guests to and from campus from 10:00 am until 4:30 pm.
